the quality of the materials is an ongoing explorative series of vignettes filmed in a group of rural and urban locations. Fostering a dialogue between image-making and human manipulation of the natural world, this body of work considers our bodily relationship to place.
Chapter Two (2020) was most recently exhibited as part of Now Light, Now Shadowed by Commonage Projects, an online screening series with Atoosa Pour Hosseini & Keifer Nyron Taylor; programmed by Séamus McCormack.
